Jesse O’Neil, Owner and Operator
About the Owner
Jesse O’Neil is a FAA Certified Private Pilot, FAA Certified Remote Pilot, Skydiving Instructor, and an avid outdoorsman. He started flying when he was only two years old, sitting on his fathers lap and absolutely terrifying his mom and sister who were lucky enough to be sitting in the back of the little Cessna 172! Ever since then Jesse has been enthralled with aviation and tries to spend as much time in the sky as possible.
Jesse started skydiving when he turned 18 and has since accumulated 1300+ jumps, pursuing a career as a professional skydiver. He started off on the bottom rung as a Parachute Packer and as he gained more experience, more jumps and more time in the sport he became a United States Parachute Association Coach. Since then he has become an AFF Instructor and a multi rated Tandem Instructor. Jesse enjoys to spend most of his skydives with a camera strapped to his head, photographing and recording peoples first skydives.
Aerial Equipment
We use what we have deemed to be the best and most reliable equipment out on the market today to capture the essence of what we are shooting in the most accurate way possible. For our aerial video/photo platform we fly a couple of different drones depending on the situation; the DJI Mavic Pro and the 3DR Solo. These quadcopters have the most reliable flight systems and autopilot currently available. This allows us to safely use preset flight programs and GPS guided flight paths as well as fly manually and get the perfect shot custom tailored to your individual needs. Our in flight cameras enable us to record up to HD 4K Video and capture HD Photos while flying up to over 4 miles away.
Ground Equipment
Even though we have a strong focus on video production, our roots here at Elevate Perspectives were cultivated in photography and it is still a foundation of our company.
We primarily us an assortment of Canon DSLRs and high end lenses that we may pair with both on, and off camera flashes for our customers still photography needs.
For our ground videography we have a dedicated Sony AX33 that shoots unbelievable, steady 4K video to reveal the smallest details throughout your home or business. We also use a selection of GoPros, along with our Canon DSLRs for those shots that are a little more difficult to capture.
